Make the time for thinking and for reviewing your actions to improve them.  Make the time to set purposeful goals and to review them regularly. Guard your mind and your social circles from negative influences, and feed your imagination with uplifting messages everyday.  Most importantly, quiet your inner critic, and replace him with a cheerleader! 

Getting your head, your heart and your hands all aligned will speed up your progress exponentially.
